Palette Project one man Live「Sing with You!!」

The virtual idol Palette Project’s first offline live is finally here! 
In this live event, the girls will show you the culmination of two-years’ efforts since Palette Project's formation! 

We will also deliver the thoughts and mind of the girls who are not defeated by adversities with their songs and performances!

 

■Cautions prior to participating the event
※The ticket will not be reissued in any cases including loss, etc.
※Please do not bring any photographic equipment, recording or video recording machines into the venue. Filming, recording or videotaping at the venue is not permitted.
※Please refrain from hanging out around the venue and surrounding facilities except when you line up for the event, as this may hinder the event operation and cause inconvenience to the neighbors. 
※Please follow the instructions of the venue staff when you line up and enter the venue. 
※Please refrain from acts that cause trouble to other customers. If you do not improve your behavior after being asked by the staff, the live may be canceled or suspended, or else, you may be escorted out of the event and barred reentry.
※Please be sure to wear a mask in the venue. Those who do not wear a mask will not be allowed to enter the venue even if you have a ticket. In this case, there is no refund for tickets, so please acknowledge it beforehand.
※Please ensure that you wear a mask and maintain social distancing when you meet up with people or take photographs near the venue.
※You can cheer for them with waving official penlight. As a general rule, please wave it to them at breast-height. 
※Please refrain from using shiny objects other than official penlight, or bringing in other cheering goods. 
※The organizer, sponsors, venue company and artists are not responsible for any troubles between customers, or any accidents or troubles that occur without following the instructions and precautions of the staff inside and outside the venue. 
※Please note that artists cannot receive gifts from customers.

■Basic precautions 
A ticket is required for all visitors aged 4 and over. 
※Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge (However, up to 1 child can sit on the lap of their parent/guardian. If you need a seat, please buy a ticket). 
※Ticket transfer and resale are strictly prohibited, regardless of its amount or reasons. 
※Once purchased, all tickets are non-transferable, no refunds, and no cancellations. 
※Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burnt or damaged). 
※Please note that the event may be cancelled due to natural disaster, traffic disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.

■About flower stands 

◇Arrival date and time 
Registration for flower stands begins 2 hours before its opening on the day of the event. Please notify your designated delivery company regarding delivery timing.
※Please note that we may not be able to pick up your flower stands outside of the specified time.

◇About collection 
Please collect by 23:00 on the day of the event. 
 

◇About height and width 
Under the event venue circumstances, we set up the appropriate size limits as follows. 
Height: within 2m 
Width: within 70cm 

◇Number of placement for flower stands and backstage flowers 
There is a limit to the number of flower stands to be placed.
Please note that the space for flower stands will be available on a "first come, first served" basis. 
If we receive more flower stands than expected, the placement will be decided at the discretion of the organizer and the venue company. 
If your flower stand is not placed on the event venue, it will be placed in the waiting room of the venue. 
※If your flower stand is to be placed in the waiting room with other flowers, you will not be able to see them, and accordingly, we will post them on Twitter on the day.

We also accept backstage flowers. 
※Please note that you cannot give backstage flowers directly to the performers. 
※Please send the backstage flowers to the same address with flower stand. 
Backstage flowers should be a hand-held size.

※The installation location of flower stands is subject to the rules of the event venue and its fire regulations. Please note that you cannot specify the location where your flower stand is installed.
※Please note that the organizer cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by traffic congestion or any delivery problems. 
※If there are too many flower stands for the space, we may not be able to accommodate all of them, so please acknowledge it beforehand.
